Article 13 of the Master Agreement requires the District to do the following:

• 1. Post a notice on all bulletin boards 10 days prior to the closing;
• 2. Provide a copy to the appropriate steward at the time of posting.

Local 2401 made several attempts to have CFSA comply with this provision, however, the agency did not do so; therefore, a grievance was filed.  This win resulted in the agency posting positions in break rooms and emailing notices the union.  Local 2401 emails vacancy announcements to member who have registered with this website.
